I’m searching for a developer from another region who can interview for and work full-time with U.S. companies.
It requires high level of English speaking and communication within the US company team.
But, you should work on behalf of someone else, who is a real US citizen, instead of using your own name.
That will bring you many benefits of career improvements and good income.
I will pay you around 2K -3k USD/month per job, you can manage as much jobs as you can.
It requires video interviews to pass the hiring processes that will see your experience and behavior, which is around 3~4 steps consisting of introduction, technical, and behavioral QA meeting.
I don't require to stop your own work, that would be your second way of income and getting experienced in software industry.
