It is a reference architecture for AI governance and cybersecurity, focused on how decisions, authority, and responsibility are preserved in systems that incorporate advanced analytics and automation.

Its scope is not model performance or algorithmic optimization.
It operates at the architectural level, where governance either exists by design or collapses under pressure.

CAI-EXPERT-LAB treats artificial intelligence as an analytical capability, not as a decision authority. Human responsibility remains explicit, traceable, and structurally protected.

This work does not attempt to regulate technology.
It defines the conditions under which technology can be used without eroding legitimacy, accountability, or control.
