I just started creating content, but I've thought about doing so for a long time.

When I first entertained the idea of writing original content or translating content to Albanian, I read a blog post years back which said many projects would welcome someone willing to translate their content in any language.

I hesitated for two reasons; first, I didn't think there was a large audience for it. Few developers I managed to track down on twitter were already tweeting in English (their name was they only indicator that they were Albanian) and the second reason was that my Albanian writing skills aren't as good! Since then I did start a general blog (commenting on social events) and found that my Albanian was good enough but not perfect, and so I didn't want to sell myself as a translator and get found out.

At the moment, the idea of translating documentation or writing anything technical in Albanian is no longer on my short term todo list, but one day I would love to do this.

The main target audience would be beginners.

I came to UK at 13 years old but it didn't occur to me to think that the programs I was using were, somehow, created by humans until I went to university to study "anything to do with computers", and was amazed by my first workshop.

I had it all, I had a personal computer, I was at an English school, I knew english, I loved my computer, yet I didn't think to right bloody click and view some HTML!

Now take away English, my fellow Albanians have less of a chance to be told "this website you are reading can be created by you".

So writing for the beginners, in their language is very important I think! And as I write this, I'm talking myself into researching this a bit further.

(I don't care but I'm sure they'd want me to tell you that there are Albanian teens that are very technical and great at programming. This would be for those that might want to be if they knew that they could)
