Why is my request getting denied still, I have requested 3 times after completing the courses still it is getting denied.

How many times you've tried? You tried many times then it might possibility is there is limitations if not wait for 1-2 days and try again

I’ve completed the required courses, but I’m not sure if I’m on the right track to earn reward points for the AWS SysOps Associate certification. Could someone guide me through the process?

i'm not able to see updated rewards also

Hey! Great to hear you’ve completed the required courses you’re definitely on the right track. Sometimes, the rewards dashboard takes 2–3 days to reflect the updates. I’d recommend waiting a bit and checking again. If it still doesn't show up after that, you can reach out to AWS Skill Builder support for assistance. You're almost there, keep going!

whenever I try to register with AWS Educate, it shows me a message that I have an existing training and certificate profile, and asks me to link it.
when I try to link it, it says password is wrong !, and whenever I click on forget password, it says a 500 error, can't believe AWS has "error" in authentications and passwords resets

AWS Educate is detecting your existing aws training account. When you try to link it, the password must match your AWS Training & Certification login. The 500 error on forgot password is a known issue.

Fix: Go to aws.training, reset your password there, then return to AWS Educate and link the account. If it still fails, use a different email or contact support at aws-educate-support@amazon.com.

I have 4,835 , do you think when i get to 5200 i can claim the reward and if yes when i got to 4500 why didn't i see the options for me to click on the reward voucher for Practioner exam

You’ll be able to claim the reward once you reach exactly 5,200 points not before i guess. The option to claim the free AWS Practitioner exam voucher becomes visible only after you cross that threshold, which is why you didn’t see it at 4,500. Keep engaging with the content and challenges, you’re very close! Let me know if you need help when you’re ready to redeem it.

Thank you so much for the information.

But I am not finding from where I can earn the etc reward points ?
Yes, I found the explore section and in that AWS posts content 6 times a week but that gives around 40 points per activity completion

I am searching for the etc reward points that I can achieve from the courses that can help me earn more points. Because only quizzes come under ETC explore section would not help me achieve 5200 points before 31st Aug 2025.

Please note that I have earned around 1400 points and I can see that in ETC navigation bar, I want to increase them ASAP.

Kindly provide any links of courses that help me to earn the ETC-reward points.

Most of us earned points by consistently completing learning modules, quizzes, and hands-on challenges available on the AWS Skill Builder platform. The time it takes can vary for me, it took around 2–3 weeks of focused effort.

Yes, completing prep courses also gives you points, especially when they're part of learning plans or include knowledge checks. Just make sure you’re logged in and fully completing each section to ensure the points are credited.
