How You Can Two a Brokendown Car?

You can't be a safe driver without reading these car-towing tips.
You should know how to tow a car safely and lawfully in case you ever need a tow or come to the aid of someone whose car has broken down and you need to tow it.

The following are rules that both drivers and passengers on the towed vehicle must keep in mind:

The car being towed must have a 'On Tow' sign in the rear view mirror.
The maximum allowed distance between vehicles is 4.5 metres when they are attached solely by a rope or chain.
Whenever there is more than 1.5 metres separating the vehicles, the rope or chain must be made visible to drivers approaching from either side by means such as tying a fluttering piece of coloured cloth in the middle.
If you come across a stalled car, you must ensure that the person inside is a licenced motorist.
The vehicle's lights must be on if it's nighttime and the car is broken down.
