This is so true. It's amazing how an early assumption about what the cause is can completely cloud the debugging process.


Yes. I usually try to follow my own advice. But in this case the solution was just so much on another level, organizational rather than technical, that I was unable to see it for a long time. I read so frustrating but then so releaving to find the cause!
