WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
● You will be responsible for building customer-facing e-commerce websites and web applications with intuitive user experience and backend implementations.
● Work closely with the Project Manager, Product Owner, and a team of developers.
● You will provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career potential.
● You will provide technical solutions to empower end customers in turn accelerating the client's business growth.
WHAT WE NEED IN YOU
Proficiency in .NET Framework: should have a strong understanding of the .NET framework, including its various components and libraries.
Programming Languages: Expertise in C# is essential, Knowledge of other languages like VB.NET or F# can be beneficial.
ASP.NET: Familiarity with ASP.NET for web development using the .NET framework. This includes both ASP.NET Web Forms and ASP.NET MVC (Model-View-Controller).
Web Technologies: Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building interactive web applications.
Database Management: Proficiency in database management systems like SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle for storing and retrieving data in .NET applications.
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Strong understanding of OOP principles such as inheritance, encapsulation, and polymorphism for writing clean and maintainable code.
Version Control Systems: Experience with version control systems like Git for collaborative development and code management.
Debugging and Testing: Ability to debug code efficiently and write unit tests to ensure the quality and stability of applications.
Problem-Solving Skills: Effective problem-solving skills for diagnosing issues, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions in .NET development.
Knowledge of Design Patterns: Familiarity with common design patterns such as MVC, MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel), and others in designing scalable and maintainable applications.
Security Practices: Understanding of security best practices for web applications, including authentication, authorization, and data encryption.
API Development: Experience in building and consuming APIs using technologies like ASP.NET Web API or RESTful services.
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Familiarity with SDLC methodologies like Agile or Scrum, and the ability to work in iterative development cycles.
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or TeamCity for automating the build, testing, and deployment processes.
QUALIFICATION
● Graduate - BE / BTech or equivalent.
● 5 plus years of experience
● Self motivated and quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills.
● A good team player with nice communication skills.
● Energy and a real passion for working in a startup environment.
