Linux has many free distros and Windows server allows you to run a trial for 180 days. You can virtualize networking equipment with pfsense, cisco packet tracer, or GNS3.
You could also consider studying for certifications in the field, even if you don't intend to take the tests. Some of them can provide a good overview of topics. Youtube is another powerful resource to learn about any number of topics. Your local library may have books as well. Read alot of Reddit as well. You'll hack it!
