Quick Solutions
- Power Cycle Reset - Unplug printer, computer, and router. Wait 60 seconds. Power back on.
- Set as Default Printer - Go to Settings → Printers & Scanners → Set as default
- Clear Offline Mode - Right-click printer in Settings → Uncheck "Use Printer Offline"
- Restart Print Spooler - Open Services, restart Print Spooler service
