There’s something refreshing about skipping the usual dev setup and jumping straight into code.
That’s one of the reasons I’ve been experimenting with Replit lately. It runs entirely in the browser, no installs, no config and lets you start building right away. Whether it’s a side project or a quick prototype, it removes the friction that usually slows things down.
What really caught my attention is Ghostwriter, their built-in AI assistant. It gives you smart suggestions as you type, kind of like pair programming, but without needing to bother your teammates. It’s not perfect (and it’s definitely not a replacement for real dev skills), but it’s surprisingly helpful for testing ideas and speeding up your workflow.
I recorded a quick YouTube Short showing how it all comes together, zero setup, live coding, AI support, and instant deployment in under a minute.
If you're into fast iterations and tools that reduce friction, it might be worth a look.
