How to reduce having incomplete projects as software developer

To reduce the number of incomplete projects you have as a software developer, make sure you only build the most important 20% of your current side project.

No more no less.

Actually, I lied. I do have a side project, but I've been stalling on it for years. I'm usually too tired to work on it.

You can take out its most important 20% and give it at least 2 hours a week.
