I'd say to keep it simpler, setup vagrant development machines, and a self-hosted gitlab / gitea for collaboration. What programming languages are you going to use ?

Thank you for responding. We’re planning to use node.js for back-end. Angular.js for web, Kotlin Android and Swift for iOS.

Since it seems it's a smaller team, any reason why you didn't choose Nativescript since you're working with Angular.
