Setting up a new development project. Best practices!

I'm starting the last project of my Full Stack Developer Master. We're a 4 members team and we're planning our roadmap for this new adventure. So, what is the best way or points to take in consideration?

I'd say to keep it simpler, setup vagrant development machines, and a self-hosted gitlab / gitea for collaboration. What programming languages are you going to use ?

Thank you for responding. We’re planning to use node.js for back-end. Angular.js for web, Kotlin Android and Swift for iOS.

Since it seems it's a smaller team, any reason why you didn't choose Nativescript since you're working with Angular.
