How do I get to Task Manager on a Mac?

Many users wonder, How do I get to Task Manager on Mac after using Windows? In OS X, we have Activity Monitor, called Task Manager in Windows. To access Activity Monitor, open Finder and go to Applications and then select Utilities; click on Activity Monitor. It can also be accessed through Spotlight Search, which is a faster way. Using Activity Monitor, you can examine the process you are running, can see your memory consumption, and force quit unresponsive applications.
