For anybody that is wondering how to do this, just go to the user profile of the person you're hoping to block, click the three dots icon, and voilà , it's there:
This is great! I was just thinking a few weeks ago that it was weird that DEV didn't have this feature. I headed over to the DEV repo and saw that there was already an issue raised and it looked like it was bring worked on, glad to see it shipped!
Is Blocking users currently working?
There's a user that shows as blocked if I go to their profile page, but I still see all their comments on posts?
