Mac - OS Catalina - Failed to save 'app.component.html': Insufficient permissions. Select 'Retry as Sudo' to retry as superuser

Hi all, help needed please, am new to learning angular - have a saving issue.

Have tried a few things , but still need some assistance please

am unable to save files in Visual Studio Code

I have tried below -

$ sudo chmod -R

folder is set to read and write access

Installed Visual Studio Code from downloads folder

Tried as sudo too

Any advice greatly appreciated
