In my opinion, English is must have to learn and must have to use. I'm from Russia and my English is not so good, and in my country it's not common to speak on it.
But I think it's our duty as a developers of the future unite people, but not separate them.
I improve my English constantly and I'll want to create English stuff to bring more people as I can (It's definitely English speakers).
