the callback failure in point 3 is one of those failures that's hard to reproduce in a sandbox but shows up at scale in prod: UPI app completes its side, POST never arrives, user is stuck on a frozen "Processing" screen.
standard remediation is an async reconciliation job: poll the provider's status endpoint for transactions that stay "pending" past a threshold, resolve order state independently of the callback. callback is the fast path, reconciliation is the fallback that saves revenue when the POST never shows up.
curious whether Drizz's visual layer catches the state transition when that reconciliation triggers asynchronously, or does it fall outside the test window?
That PhonePe example is too real. Thereβs nothing worse than an unannounced SDK or OS update completely breaking a critical payment flow silently. Looking forward to reading how Vision AI handles those unpredictable UI changes!
