Suppose I want to implement moodle website in Google Cloud Platform for large number of students [like - 100000 students] for specially quizing[quiz consists large number of images, equations and small audio and video file] where 1000 students will concurrently participate in QUIZ test. What basic measures should I take in advance as concern so that I will not fall in trouble in future. Any suggestion/guideline is highly appreciated. TIA
