How to Create a Mailing List in Excel?
Here we come up with the steps to Create a Mailing List in Excel with the help of Kutools, do as follows.
- To create a mailing list, you have to click the Kutools Plus tab, then select the Create Mailing List option under the Mailings section.
- It will open the Create Mailing List Dialog Box.
- You need to Check the fields which you want to add as columns in your mailing list in the Excel spreadsheet.
- You have to specify the number of Attachments that you want to add in your mail list.
- Then, choose the location to place the mailing list. You can select the New Worksheet or Existing Worksheet option from Choose where you want the mailing list to be placed section.

- Now, you need to click the Create option in the above dialog box, your mailing list will be added with labels in the selected spreadsheet.

- After that, you have to add the more recipient’s information (Email, First Name, Phone, Company, Attachment (1), Attachment(2)) as you need.
Now, you are ready to send E-mails to multiple persons at the same time.
How to Send E-mails from Excel?
Here we come up with the Send Emails option of Kutools to make you work simple.
- You have to Select the Mailing List table , and on the Kutools plus Tab, Choose the Send Emails option.
- Now, the Send Emails dialog box will be opened. You have to specify the needed information like attachment, recipients, subjects from each drop-down list.
- Then, you need to choose the field which you want to insert into the message body from the drop-down list and click the Insert Placeholder option.
- It will insert the selected field into the message body.

- You have to enter the message body in the text box available in the Send Emails dialog box.
- You need to specify the E-mail sending mode, By default Send emails via Outlook option is selected.
- In this article, we are going to send emails through the Outgoing server settings option.
- You can also select other E-mails sending mode by unselecting Send emails via Outlook option.
- Now, it will display the Outgoing server (SMTP) settings- New scheme dialog box, where you need to check the “ Save sent emails to” option to save the mail after sending.
- Specify the sending interval to send emails based on the list.
- Hit the OK button, a dialog box will pop out to get inputs for name and note for the new scheme. Click the OK button to proceed.
- If it shows any error, you have to go to this link https://myaccount.google.com/security
- Make sure you have turned on Access to less secure apps then, bulk emails were sent.
- Now, you need to click the Send button.
- Kutools for Excel dialog box will be popped to tell you how many emails have been sent.
- Simply, click the OK button.
Note:
- If you want to save the current message body as an HTML file, click the Save to file option in the Send Emails dialog box.
- Then, import it by clicking the Load from File option.
Configure E-mail Server Settings:
You can send emails in two ways.

Send Emails Using Office365 Server
- SMTP Host – In this field, you have to give smtp.office365.com
- SMTP Port – You need to give 25 as port number.
- SSL Protocol – Check(ON) the SSL protocol.
- SMTP Username – You have to give your office365 username.
- SMTP Password – In this field, you need to give your office365 password.

Send Emails Using Gmail Server
- SMTP Host – In this field, you have to give smtp.gmail.com
- SMTP Port – You need to give 465 as port number.
- SSL Protocol – Check(ON) the SSL protocol.
- SMTP Username – You have to give your Gmail username.
- SMTP Password – In this field, you need to give your Gmail password.
