Best CRM Systems By Price

If you are looking for a CRM system, you've come to the right place. I am going to list the best CRM systems on the market, and will list them by price. We all know the expensive systems out there, like Salesforce, but what about the hidden gems? The systems that do all the same things, have all the same features, but are priced at a fraction of the cost.

If you're unsure what CRM does, checkout this article What is CRM?

Snapforce CRM

Snapforce CRM

Snapforce is a great inexpensive CRM tool. The price is only $12 per user, and guess what else? They charge monthly! Unlike so many other CRM's out there today that have low prices but force you to pay annually.

Snapforce CRM is a hidden gem that is worth a look. They also offer an "a la carte" pricing model, where you only pay for the features you need. If only one of your employees needs to use email campaigns, then you only pay for email campaigns for one user instead of being forced to jump to the next edition.

Pipedrive CRM

Snapforce CRM

Pipedrive is another great CRM, it is easy to use and get started with. It costs $12.50 per user, but forces you to pay annually. It no longer accepts monthly billing. This like many CRM systems in today's market forces a large cash outlay to get started. The reason for this is simple they hope you will feel it is not worth switching to a new system if you already made such a large investment.

Keep in mind that Pipedrive is a sales based CRM, it does not offer customer support functionality, like case management, solutions, or help desk features.

Nutshell CRM

Nutshell CRM

Nutshell is a solid CRM that is reasonably priced, it starts at $22 per user. Nutshell does offer both monthly and annual billing. If you choose to pay annually they lower the cost to $19 per user per month, instead of $22.

If you are familiar with CRM systems and are comfortable with the default CRM workflow (Leads convert to Accounts and Opportunities link to the Accounts), you will be confused when using Nutshell. They do not have Opportunities nor Accounts, everything in Nutshell is a Lead.

Conclusion

These three CRM systems are in my opinion the hidden gems of the industry, they are priced fairly, and are easy to use. I would however recommend Snapforce CRM, the reason is because they charge monthly and have the lowest prices of the three.
