Cheers to that, whilst on the topic of geography and demographics, here's my fav API:

Country Info API - Delivers valuable insights about regions, languages, currencies, and timezones, perfect for researchers, businesses, and developers alike.
GHO OData API - Provides health-related data and statistics content using OData (Open Data Protocol).
Restful Countries API - Information on countries including their states, presidents, flag, population, covid19 stats and others.

Hey, the mememaker API link seems to be wrong. I get a 404.
It is mememaker.github.io/API/
it seems to be case sensitive

Nice list @fazicodes. I would recommend adding one more tool which is ApyHub. Using this tool developers get access to more than 100 + APIs for most basic to complex tasks.
