Challenge faced Installing Bcrypt

Bcrypt is an algorithm used for securely hashing passwords, it is commonly used in software development to store and verify passwords securely. it's very challenging to install bcrypt in a project if the Microsoft visual studio build tools are either not installed or up to date on a local computer. you will not believe that took me 2 weeks to figure it out.
