By big, I do mean complex as you've indicated. There are a lot of moving parts, and because it will be an improvement of the current platform, a lot of opinions. We've tried to be as clear as we can with the users but may have been better off just sticking to a handful of stakeholders to keep the noise to a minimum.
I'll be putting together a roadmap to take on the feature requests for future work but at this stage just need to push forward with getting the users on board, testing and making sure we are in good shape to switch off the existing (expensive and slow) platform.
Building the platform has been the easy part, the users are the more complicated part of the project.
