Most advice around stress assumes you need the right mindset.

In practice, a lot of stress isn’t cognitive at all.
Your body is just stuck in a heightened state.

While working on a small iOS app, I focused on slowing things down physically
instead of trying to “fix” thoughts.

The result is a simple breathing-based tool,
built for moments when calming down feels impossible.
