For anyone wondering "Vanilla CSS" is not a framework. It's the bare bones CSS you first learn, the CSS you need to learn in order to properly use Tailwind in the first place.
Sure you can prod around Tailwind and get things to look decent easily without knowing much of it, but once you get going on real world projects, you're not gonna build great style-bug-free sites without knowing and understanding CSS [see how i ommitted the vanilla which confused the crap out of newbies?]
Learn CSS, write CSS.
If you must, use Tailwind.
If you know CSS you can do both.
If you only know Tailwind, you can't do both.
It matters more than you think it does.
Totally agree. Yes, if you know CSS, then you can learn tailwind and do both. I always recommend to learn CSS first then go to other libraries or framework. Because it's easy to adapt when you know the concept already.
The people who don't know what "Vanilla CSS" is, should not have been allowed to vote on that poll.

Sorry I'm 14 and I don't have the permission for twitter, I wanted to vote but unfortunately I can't.
Hope you understand.
No problem at all.
Both have their own advantages and disadvantages. Vanilla CSS is good for custom design, more control and less bloat, while Tailwind CSS is good for fast development, less time and effort in writing CSS.
Yes, Both have their own advantages and disadvantages. It's just a matter of comfort or the developer choice.
Exactly!!
