I personally think the current state of job search is broken. When your type your favorite job position on the job search bar, you get the best results at the top from FAANG and other companies. But when you look through those jobs, it might not match your skill set, experience level, etc. When you search all the jobs, you may match with two or three jobs after wasting a lot of time.
