SCRUM Methodology

Tags: [#SCRUM, #Agile, #ProjectManagement]

SCRUM is an Agile framework for managing projects, most commonly used in software development. It breaks down the development process into small, manageable pieces known as sprints, usually lasting two to four weeks. SCRUM relies on a self-organizing, cross-functional team and emphasizes accountability, iterative progress, and team collaboration. Key roles include the Product Owner, who represents the business or user needs; the Scrum Master, who ensures the process is followed; and the Development Team, who perform the actual work. SCRUM provides a structured yet flexible way to deliver high-quality work.
