Currently all about using mindfulness/emotions to improve as a software engineer.
CTO/Co founder - doctorc.in, Previous - Employee @ Funzio (acquired for $210M), M Eng in CS from Cornell
I'm Karan. I am the CTO and co founder of DoctorC - a health tech startup in Hyderabad, India.
I previously worked in Silicon Valley for another gaming startup - Funzio which had a $210M exit.
I am very excited to join this community to help software professionals get to the next level. I have observed that our industry is not that friendly towards junior devs - especially when it comes to developing soft skills. And I want to change that.
So I am writing a book - self.debug about using mindfulness to become a better software engineer. And I want people to read it (its free to download!), provide feedback and kick off a discussion on how we can leverage emotions and mindfulness to improve ourselves professionally.
I hope to contribute most in career advice, counseling in non technical aspects.
In technical things, I can help with systems design/software architecture, analytics and building software quickly while not screwing up the codebase.
For further actions, you may consider blocking this person and/or reporting abuse
We're a place where coders share, stay up-to-date and grow their careers.
