i have a confusion about which github should i use in my organisation? i mean personal or should I create a separate? What do you do? I think using personal will have green graph however it will mess up personal emails etc and become unmanageable.
I haven't used Github while working in an organization. But, you can create and use the Github on the Organizational email Id or rather it's better to ask you manager for advice. They can guide you better in this for the next steps since they know the organization better than you and me.
Afaik, many of my colleagues are already using their personal emails however i'm worried because it will bloat my inbox with so many emails since i use my personal email everywhere including my personal github.

Unless your company explicitly refuses it, I would use your personal github. You can register your work email (if you have one) as a secondary email to your account too which can be used to sign commits etc.
There is also a way to keep your personal email private in github with noreply
