I started getting more interview calls after I changed the way I approached my job search.
Instead of sending the same resume to every employer, I tailored my resume to match each job description. I highlighted the most relevant skills and achievements, removed unnecessary information, and made sure the format was ATS-friendly so it could be read correctly by applicant tracking systems.
I also updated my LinkedIn profile, applied consistently, and reached out to people in my network for referrals. A referral can help your application get noticed, but it works best when it's backed by a strong resume.
One tool that made this process much easier for me was CVeezi.com. It helped me create a professional, ATS-friendly resume that I could customize for different roles without starting from scratch every time.
