Yes there are tools out there using a browser extension. That's not really my plan for the tool though. I would then have to tell my clients "Hey, please install this extension" and they'd be like "But I use Internet Explorer" and so on :P.
My goal was to create a tool that did not need extension or the client to have to log in or registering.

Bugherd is great and very similar to what I'm trying to do although it feels like they are focused more towards "User feedback" whereas I'm building more for the client <-> developer feedback process.
