When you click "About", the text reformats itself and adjusts its font size to the page. Could you change this to seamlessly load the text?
The icons have a cool hover animation but snap back to their default when the cursor is moved off of them. Could you add a hover off animation? This StackOverflow post may be of some help.
You have a lot of projects (awesome!), but I would pick your top three and have those on your page -- you want to show off your best!

I actually prefer the navy theme. I would just use that!
I would add text spacing and sizing so it takes up all the whitespace on the landing view.
I would make the projects into cards so that you can see more at once and don't have to scroll as much!
I think the picture under contact is a little confusing to me, maybe put that in the about? Also, add in your GH/LinkedIn links in that section too to make them easier to get to!
