As a French-native, I never read French documentation. By sticking to English, you do a favor to everyone: you aim a larger audience and encourage people to improve their English skills (and yours, by writing), which is the most important non-programming skills required to grow in this field.
However, I also appreciate things being translated (MDN contributors and documentation are a gift to the community), not for me, but for educational purpose: in other words, for kids or for people who, for whatever reasons, do not have easy access or understanding of English content. This way, they can focus on programming.
So, do whatever you feel, but if you go for Spanish or Spanish and English, you’ll either take a lot of time translating articles, either stick to Spanish and lose audience (people who do not understand Spanish). Audience is not important: you first write for yourself, to strengthen your knowledge, but having an audience can bring you feedbacks, and thus knowledge.
The most important thing is that you want to write.
