That's tough, and I've been there. Some things I do:
Gain Perspective: Take some time off. You were running towards a goal, chugging along, now you're....not. Accept you need to gain some perspective and give yourself time. Diving back into another project immediately my feel good...but it's just denial.
Closure: Hit a skip-level and try to get the real story. Be prepared for the "real story" being something irrational or petty.
Learn something Attend or host a post-mortem/retrospective. Something's likely reusable from what you did, and may just form the kernel of a new, successful initiative.
