That's very strange to me. I only really use email to communicate with people at work, where it's generally considered good practice to use full sentences and so on.
Casual, "everything lowercase" conversations don't happen for me on email.

It's ok. I don't mean all emails is started in lowercase. Can you say which the first letter of your email is?
