So just my 2 cents, I totally understand where you are coming from and I have definitely been there. What I have done is stick around for at least a year so it doesn't look like I'm job hopping on my CV but if the situation is that dire that you cannot wait for a year then I would suggest you look elsewhere but please do proper research before accepting your next job offer so you don't land up in the same situation again.
