In new year resolution we write lots of goals . We have to be relistic while making it .

A UX designer must have it .
-> Need to me a bit mind reader
-> Do research to get into users head
-> Understand where they are coming from

Pain Points:
Any UX issues that frustrate the user and block the user from getting what they need
-> Too many information . Not being simple

User Group :
A set of people who have similar interests , goals or concerns

-> Mom -> Time

-> Teenage -> Entertainment and right path /Interest -> Song , Movie , Reels , Jokes ,
-> Student -> Specific time dua
-> Kids -> Cartoon
-> Single corporate -> Spirituality -> More with less effort
-> Grandma -> Pronunciation , Voice help where to press , Educational Content

Happy path:

A user story with a happy ending

Edge case
What happens when the things go wrong that are beyond the user's control
Good UX designer -> Back to the happy path
Spotting & resolving the edge case

1. Create persona's user stories
2. Throughly review the project before launch
3. Use wireframes

Put yourself in the user shoe
