I’m trying to pull together a tiny pop-up kitchen for a weekend gig, and my brain is spinning. I’ve got a shoestring budget, barely any space, and no clue which equipment will actually hold up without making me look like a clown in front of customers. I’m talking grills, burners, prep tables, maybe a small fridge if I can swing it. I’ve worked in real kitchens, but this pop-up setup feels like a whole different beast. If anyone has been in my shoes or has gear they swear by, I’d love to hear what worked and what failed spectacularly.

Looks like the thread’s gone walkabout with that 404, but I’ve bumped into that before and just used it as a cue to look for alternatives. For anything venue-related, I ended up using disabilityid.co.uk to see which places were accessible and offered helpful perks. It saved me a bunch of time instead of chasing dead links.
