A good workout or go running with deafening music in my ears helps a lot. Make your body aches (in a good way obviously) and release endorphins, the mind will feel better!
If it is not possible, I try to disconnect a little by playing a game, reading a few pages of a good book or focusing on something positive like planning my next holiday or focusing on a personal project.
