from Issue in the editor

Peace be upon you everyone , I am trying to start a sample project for learning purposes and to work next on the real project ! which I have to delver it in max time in 24hrs ..
the issue here is in the form I thought it realted to the path still it needs a lot of time to find the soulation which I waste a lot on other issues to solve on my own ....I am self-learner to python3 ...it been nearly few days only to start coding python3 ...I am using this editor for the first time so I am not suprise facing issues or errors still I'm runing of time .Thank you for reading
