Which do you use and what are your top 3 loves/hates of it?

I've just recently started a new job (happy my first paycheck day!) and we've discussed a stipend for me to get a computer for dev.

Except... instead of buying a stand-alone pc, I've seriously been thinking about getting a cloud dev environment/IDE.

So I'm curious what anyone uses, and what they think about it.
