That way you can create new theme for just $100 easy. Remove/add modules - all is responsive already and works well.

It even has BrainTree for direct credit card purchase (but BrainTree has SSL issues sometimes).

For Payment Methods it has Stripe checkout and PayPal and offline payment methods, like "Wire Transfer" or "Phone ordering" or "Fax Ordering" and you can rename Payment Methods in any way.
