How I got my first 100 users for Aura++ (no viral luck)

A year ago Aura++ had zero users.

I didn’t have an audience. Google didn’t care. Twitter barely knew I existed.

So I wrote down — and recorded — what actually got the first 100 people in.

It wasn’t one tactic. It was a loop:

1. Find founders where they’re already launching
2. Talk to them like a real person
3. Make their experience so useful that they mention you
4. Keep showing up while SEO slowly compounds

I also talk about what failed. That part mattered as much as what worked.
