The creators and maintainers of scikit-learn have created a MOOC: Machine Learning in Python with scikit-learn.
This MOOC is available for free; it was funded by Inria, the French national research institute for digital science and technology.
This online course is beginner-friendly. A strong technical background is not required. Learners should have some familiarity with numpy, pandas, matplotlib.
