Arche + React

Hello. I am the author of Arche. Arche is a library for vanilla microfrontends, a new paradigm for frontend development.

Vanilla microfrontends says:

A web page is a render of an HTML document.

An HTML document loads JavaScript scripts and CSS stylesheets.

JavaScript scripts can load JavaScript scripts.

It is possible to use React in the vanilla microfrontends paradigm with Arche. This is how Arche and React are expressed in code.

const ReactElement = Arche(React)
const { Div, H1, P } = ReactElement

const MyComponent = ReactElement(() => {
  return Div([
    H1("MyComponent"),
    P("Content"),
  ])
})

ReactDOM.render(MyComponent(), document.getElementById("react-root"))
Enter fullscreen mode Exit fullscreen mode

I have been using React in vanilla microfrontends with success for about six years. The vanilla microfrontends paradigm is mature.

Arche presents another interface for React besides jsx. I think Arche could possibly live on the React website.

Here is the Arche and vanilla microfrontends website: https://arche.gallery/
