Initially install R from the following link:
https://cran.r-project.org/
Then choose your desired Operating System.
Since, the above application is not visibly pleasable download R Studio from the following link:
https://www.rstudio.com/
Then navigate to Products -> Choose RStudio -> RStudio Desktop -> Download RStudio Desktop for your desired Operating System.
