Looking for a Long-Term Collaboration with a U.S.-Based Software Engineer

The software job market has changed dramatically over the past couple of years.

Even experienced engineers are finding it harder to land good opportunities. Companies are hiring more cautiously, competition is global, and many remote positions now receive hundreds or even thousands of applications.

Instead of continuing to tackle these challenges alone, I'm looking for a long-term technical collaboration with a software engineer based in the United States.
