Ok, for anyone else RDPing into a Windows machine from a Mac that is experiencing a latency between sound and visuals, especially when watching a video: I just went into Settings and set "Graphics Interpolation Level" under "General" to Medium, and it had an immediately noticeable effect on the audio/video latency, but I see absolutely nothing that looks worse on the screen from the change.
Definitely a welcome improvement here. That was driving me nuts.
