Hell yeah, the ability for tech to outpace even the most determined student will mean that you'll always be junior in some aspects of what you're doing (this is a good thing, btw). Experience will give you solid mental models that you've accumulated and shaped over the years which help flatten the learning curve on New Thing X though.
